Our Tenets
The products we send to you have been checked to make sure they're good for the environment, for the people using them and for the people making them. Here are the standards we aim for when picking products.
Toxic Free
We shouldn't produce toxic chemicals, and we definitely shouldn't have them near our bodies. We prioritize products with safe ingredients.
Plastics Neutral
Once made, plastic never leaves us. It's in our waste, our food, and our bodies. Let's commend the people who don't use plastic and are saving the planet.
Carbon Neutral
Companies who lower and offset their carbon emissions are awesome. Using products shouldn't come with an environmental price, so we highlight products which lower emissions.
Fair Trade
Environmental issues are intertwined with issues of racism, poverty, and inequality. We support Fair Trade policies whenever possible.
Reusability
You shouldn't have to throw everything in the trash can when you're done with it. If you can reuse or repurpose it, it's a winner.
Enjoyable
Experience matters. If it's a terrible product to use, we respect that too. Lucky for us, there are so many great products out there!
